*thank you Jesse for explaining workflow and simulation advice
Workflow;
1. replace animation rigs in animation scene with cfx rigs and run simulation *(remember to have about 100 frames of preroll)
2. shot sculpt
3.cache out hair Output curves as Alembic
4. replace CFX rigs with texture rigs with xGen description
5. use Spline to Curve modifier and input the hair curves alembic
6. Cache hair description and geo as alembic
7. bring cached files into lighting scene and render
